Lauren Wayne is a licensed structural engineer with 25 years of experience. Her experience comprises industrial, commercial and residential design and inspections. In 2003, Lauren started Atlanta Residential Inspection & Engineering Services (ARIES, Inc.)
in order to provide builders and homeowners a qualified, honest, and experienced engineer.

Her comprehensive inspections and commitment to honesty and accuracy bring peace of mind to every client. Lauren is International Code Council (ICC) certified to perform residential inspections. A large portion of her work concentrates on providing structural related inspections to homeowners and real estate agents.

ARIES, takes the time to do the job right. Lauren and her team spend time with clients, clearly explaining our findings; giving real answers that can help you make the right decision. Typically, a home inspector might find a structural issue and will recommend
further evaluation by a licensed structural engineer.
Originally from Maryland, Lauren graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Civil Engineering.
