When Page Morgan was first licensed, as a real estate agent, she was at that time, the youngest licensed agent, in the state of Florida. She was born in Atlanta into a three-generation real estate family. Her grandfather was a major player in the development of downtown and Underground Atlanta. Her father continued the family real estate efforts, mostly in multi-family development and mortgage brokerage in support of those developments. Page’s mother was the first woman to be named as a vice-president, in the Trammel Crowe real estate organization, as a manager in Multi-family projects.
Page started her real estate career, in the multi-family industry, mostly in the Orlando area. Her aggressive reputation in the lease-up and construction management of new multi-family projects resulted in her relocation to the Atlanta area. When her commercial partners got caught in the early 90’s real estate squeeze, the seasoned real estate expert, now in her mid-30’s, Page teamed up with her real estate broker husband Ed Morgan, to form The Page Morgan Team, specializing in residential property sales and listings.
Based on her resume of past real estate accomplishment, Re/Max Greater Atlanta recruited Page as a sales agent, although she had never sold one home in her life. Within 6 months, Page had made the “Million Dollar Club” of home sales. Sean Rawls, of Keller Williams, convinced Page to join the fastest growing residential and now the largest residential real company in the country, in 2009.
Page immediately established The Page Morgan Team as a leading team in the Southeastern Region of Keller Williams real estate market center activity, and continues that position to this date. Page has continued to be the “Queen of Indian Hills” in home sales, of the approximately 1,600 home country club estate development, where she currently lives, churches, golfs and stays deeply involved in local school activity. Of late, Page has concentrated her sales and listing efforts in the luxury home area, and as a result has gained the distinction of being the #2 Luxury Home Specialist, in the Keller Williams Southeast three-state Region.
Page Morgan has always set the standard bar of service high, for all to follow. Ask anyone, in the business, whether new or experienced, who is the most willing to help or be approached, for advice in real estate expertise, and without exception, the name given will be Page Morgan.
