Nilma Baez

Licensed since September 2007, I first worked for Scout Realty for approximately 8 months, then joined Keller Williams Realty, the Rawls Group in 2008 and have continued with them through the present.  I joined the real estate world during a very difficult time in our economy, a time during which a lot of agents were exiting the business.  This was truly a period of uncertainty and confusion yet I stuck it out and started my business without looking back.  Working full time as a Realtor, as I feel like I am truly helping people reach a very important goal, home ownership.  I am fully bilingual in Spanish-English and hold a certification as a Distressed Property Expert.  I love to deliver good news to my clients, who are extremely important to me and they all become a part of my extended family.

During my spare time, I love spending quality time with my family and friends.  Married to Sam and mother of three, Sam (18 years old), Andrea (16) and Javier (11), I feel that my life is blessed.
