Valerie started as a new agent in 2007 just as the market began to plummet. She was named Rookie of the Year for 2007. She was an Investor for 5 years prior to becoming an agent. At one time owned 20 rental homes. Built a base of clients of clients of “Forced Landlords” and handled as many as 55 rental properties at the height of the market downturn.

Within Berkshire Hathaway, developed the concept of listing eligible Home Partners homes for lease in order to procure a tenant for a Home Partners transaction. Ranked in the top 20 agents for Berkshire Hathaway over the past 5 years. Ranked #6 in the company for 2016. Ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Ranked #1 for total Home Partners transactions within Berkshire Hathaway for 2016.
Graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology – Information & Computer Science. Avid runner for over 40 years – Veteran of over 90 marathons, Ironman finisher, Completed 12 Boston Marathons and 38 consecutive Peachtree Road Race finishes. Former President of Atlanta Track Club and current President of Atlanta Track Club Foundation.
Built a cross country course on her farm and during 2002-2010 held annual cross country meets for youth running teams throughout the Atlanta area.
Former Atlanta Falcon Cheerleader and member of the Atlanta Falcon Cheerleader Alumni Team. Recently performed at halftime on 10/15/17 at the Falcons vs Dolphins football game.
Lives in Senoia on a 40-acre farm with Jeff Greer, and their chickens, dogs, cats and pet turtles.

The pilot is designed to help millennials and other first-time buyers who meet Fannie Mae’s eligibility requirements and who otherwise may be unable to purchase a home today due to factors like high down payment requirements, limited credit line or lingering student debt.
