Aubrey Bailey


The wonderful Zig Ziglar once said, “You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want” and this is the outlook that anyone who knows Aubrey will say he lives by. Aubrey is often heard saying, “Come from contribution,” and he has built his whole career around consistently helping others.

Originally from Denton, TX, Aubrey moved to Dunwoody, GA at the age of 5. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2004 and got into real estate in 2005. Over the next few years, Aubrey built a Nationally Recognized sales business through word of mouth by treating every single client like family and giving everyone more than he ever expected to receive. Over the years, Aubrey’s referral based business grew to nearly 30M in annual production & he brought other agents and support staff on to his personal sales team to help ensure that every family he had the pleasure to work with had the absolutely best experience possible. Aubrey named the team “Atlanta Property Professionals” and says he’s lucky to be in business with some of the most caring people he’s ever met who care deeply about taking part in such an important step in families’ lives.

In 2016 Aubrey was asked to take the role as CEO & Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta. Stepping into this role meant Aubrey had a greater opportunity to share, in fine detail, how he created a successful real estate business based on helping families with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: buying and selling a home. Training & Coaching has always been a passion of Aubrey’s and he can now help every agent in his office get from where they are, to where they want to be. Whether they aim to be a highly successful

individual agent, or a leader of a team of agents who want to succeed on a very high national level, he has seen every step of the way in the real estate sales path & openly shares the details on how the agents in his office can do the same. Aubrey consistently meets with his agents to give them a road map to the success they want to achieve. Providing guidance, training, motivation & support is what he does every day with everyone he has the opportunity to work with.
