Sarah Chatel is our team lead and listing specialist, Sarah has extensive connections in the Atlanta community. Living in Atlanta since 1980, her deep knowledge of the Atlanta area and commitment to community volunteerism help bring a historical and current perspective to buyers and sellers in the Atlanta metro area. Her unstoppable energy, infectious personality, and commitment to acting in her clients’ best interests are among the reasons she enjoys long-lasting, professional relationships and enthusiastic referrals. After a successful career in technology sales, Sarah decided it was time for something new and so she launched her real estate business, Distinctive Atlanta Homes with Keller Williams. She is a Global Property Specialist, a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors; Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club 2012, 2013, 2014, certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist and holds recognition in the Million Dollar Guild, and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
Lisa Black serves as our lead buyer’s specialist and is a Certified Luxury Agent, dedicated to helping our buyers find that perfect home. Originally from Dallas, TX, Lisa and her family have maintained a home in Atlanta since 2000, splitting their time from 2004 – 2009 between Atlanta and Beijing, China. Being relocated both domestically and internationally, Lisa understands the unique challenges and needs of relocation clients.
Operations Manager, Lauren Ruehl, is the glue that holds our team together. Prior to joining our team Lauren served as Market Center Administrator for the Keller Williams office in NY. Lauren has eight years of experience building a luxury lifestyle management business in NYC as the Director of Operations. Her focus has been building financial and operational infrastructures and developing strategic partnerships. Lauren managed a team which provided Luxury hospitality services to real estate agents and their clients.
Peter Chatel is the operating principal and productivity coach. In this role, Peter works closely with the operations manager to oversee the Team’s budget and finances and supports the team with productivity coaching and accountability. After a 30-year career in consulting and corporate America, in April 2015, Peter started his own consulting practice and began providing greater day-to-day support for Sarah and her Real Estate business. In early 2016, Peter became a certified coach, trainer and speaker with The John Maxwell Team
Amy Burgess is our Marketing assistant who creates our team marketing plan for each individual listing and ensure that they are syndicated across the globe.
Theda Miller is our contract-to-close coordinator who works tirelessly to ensure that our customers remain informed from the binding agreement date. She communicates required information and target dates to all parties so that the closing occurs on-time and smoothly.
Our number one priority is to help our clients buy or sell a home and our personal team goal is to always come from contribution. Our 2016 goal is to help 60 families with their Real Estate needs so we can give $50,000 to Giveback Homes.
